WHAT WE DID:
Over the course of two days we filmed footage of the client's office, interviews with the doctor, and eight testimonials of past patients. We created the testimonial questions based on a solid understanding of what our client wanted to convey to viewers, and we made sure the interviewees were relaxed and comfortable being on camera as we filmed them so everyone seemed natural. We used professional lighting and audio to make sure the video content matched the professionalism of our client, and conveyed the fact that patients could trust our client.
During the editing phase, we went through hours of footage to find the best shots and the best answers from the testimonials. We created individual testimonial videos - stories really - for each patient. These stories covered what happened to bring them to seek out spinal surgery, their experience with our client, and the lasting effect of the work they had done.
