      <image:caption>Some people are really comfortable behind a camera - setting up lights, microphones, reflectors and flags, and directing actors or clients in a scene. Some people, including our Animator + Motion Graphic Artist, love creating something digital from what seems like nothing but she's always got something percolating. It can be a very time consuming, detail-oriented process with lots of fine-tuning to get things just right. But like they say, "it ain't work if you love what you're doing."</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Give him a lens and stand back! Our Filmmaker + Photographer has a unique view on every scene. "Move that light over." "I'm going to get the camera lower." "I think I see a great angle over there." Those are words you're almost guaranteed to hear him say on any given project. He loves getting the shot that no one else even considered, and loves it even more when it works as well as he expected. If he doesn't have a camera in his hands, he's probably cooking homemade pizza or Indian food. We like when he brings in leftovers.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>It all started with a Fischer-Price projector set he got when he was 5 years old. Our Founder + Creative Director was mesmerized by the images glowing on his bedroom wall at night when he should have been asleep. When he was finally old enough to start taking his own pictures with simple point and shoot cameras, everything changed. Now, he loves interacting with clients, driving the creative, and being behind the lens and capturing each frame of light and shadow as a unique moment in time.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>He loves tea. Really, really, really loves tea. Loose leaf only. Anything else cheapens the experience. So it only seems fitting that the snap of our Editor + Inquisitive Thinker shows him drinking a fine cup of the stuff. It's that attention and dedication to quality that makes him a great part of the team. We count on him to look at our footage with an objective eye and make recommendations for things we probably wouldn't think of. He sees things that other people might miss - little ways to make a video project better than it might have been.</image:caption>

None of these things really seem to go together but speak those words in a single sentence and everyone knows who you're referring to. He also happens to love being our Production Assistant Extraordinaire. Keeping things organized, maintaining white balance, light exposure and framing for visual aesthetics, setting up lights.... You name it,  he's the go-to man making sure that we don't skip a beat.</image:caption>

He also goes on coffee runs ( personal coffee runs...to feed his own addiction, but that's OK with us), tells the best jokes (almost 100% of which could never be discussed here), lightens the mood in any meeting (probably the coffee speaking), and is an all around great guy (no joke on this one). He's a beast when it comes to keeping us honest with project management principles. We look to him to keep projects running smoothly not just for our clients, but for us too.</image:caption>

And she keeps things on track by reminding us that videos are much more than pretty or "cool" or fun to create (we can get carried away by the creative process!) - they're being created for a purpose.</image:caption>

"I think I see a great angle over there." Those are words you're almost guaranteed to hear him say on any given project. He loves getting the shot that no one else even considered, and loves it even more when it works as well as he expected. If he doesn't have a camera in his hands, he's probably cooking homemade pizza or Indian food. We like when he brings in leftovers.</image:caption>

He's a beast when it comes to keeping us honest with project management principles. We look to him to keep projects running smoothly not just for our clients, but for us too.</image:caption>
