GOING GLOBAL - GROWING A BRAND WITH VIDEO
Our client was having tremendous success with their line of very effective probiotics in the North American market. When it was time to go global, they entered a round of fundraising through StartEngine.com. They knew a well-crafted video was going to be an important piece of a larger strategy to get people interested and excited about becoming investors.

WHAT WE DID:

Over several conversations, we got to know the co-founders and learned about their personal story. We also came to understand their goals for the business, the information they wanted to cover and the values that drive their brand. Armed with that information we worked together on a script, location scouted for the perfect place to film, worked out a shot plan, scheduled the shoot day, set up lights, cameras, teleprompter, microphones, etc. Over the course of 9 hours we shot in an office and a home, filmed two interviews, a team meeting, and personal interactions - all to support the story.
After the shoot day, we edited everything together, added custom animation, music and branding.

This video was a huge part of the success of the fundraising campaign. Though we're not at liberty to say how much funding was secured, we can report that it surpassed what the client was hoping for. In addition, they were able to cut their funding window from 2 months down to 3 weeks.
Storyboard created and delivered the video you see above. We also created a shorter product video (we removed anything having to do with finances) for their website. In addition, we delivered several small chunks for use on social media channels, around their website, and for use on Amazon (videos used to let buyers know about the brand) and other online sales outlets.
